This is my first Google review. I had to have a friend help me. I wanted the company to know that today I got the best customer service. The staff was was very nice. The young lady that took my order was so polite and patient. I received my food fast and fresh. Love the fried fish! Something that made today’s visit different was the manager came by and asked how my food was. Something you don’t get to often in a fastfood place. So thank you Christie for the little something extra. You earned a loyal customer today. Kudos!

This USED to be my favorite place! But there customer service is horrible I couldn’t even finish talking and the girl kept saying ok and what else , what else ok what else card or cash? Then I get my food get home and the chicken is old and cold as hell along with my fries.. I call up there to let them know and of course the manager said she can remake my food but that still doesn’t take care of the rude girl at the window and who would still be hungry after trying to bite a cold hard chewy tender??

Went inside to order a 2 PC fried chicken meal. The only thing I liked was the drink.The chicken was old, cold and over cooked and fries were also cold and tough. I have always had good food from here but today was very disappointing..

Had to adjust my order due to not having all the pieces of chicken ready during dinner time. The food was good, but i was disappointed in the selection. I’m not sure how you’re supposed to feed a family when the cost of a 7 piece tenders costs almost $17. Going to price yourself out of business.

There were plastic shards in the fried okra and the jalapeno popper could not figure out what it was but very scary I almost swallowed it. On top of that the chicken was old and cold, don’t waste your money.
