We love chicken express however, the two times we’ve been here have not been the greatest experience. The first time they were out of mac & cheese, and the second time our tea tasted like water. Hopefully we have a better experience next time.

Been to the drive thru 4 times or so. Each and every time I have been shorted on items in some way shape or form. Either the sides are short on count or completely missing. Really frustrating so we will not go back. At the very least you should get what you pay for in terms of quantity. Bummer because we do like the food. Oh well

Absolutely atrocious. I work for doordash and they have the lobby closed forcing me to wait in the drive-thru. There were a total of 4 cars ahead of me and it still took up to 20 minutes to get to the window. After I got up to the window they proceeded to ignore me for 5 minutes straight until I finally got their attention long enough for them to hand me the food. This wouldn’t have been a problem if I was a customer however since I was Dashing it forced me to be over 25 minutes late on the order. If you can’t support doordash than take it off. The delivery time doesn’t fall on you it falls on the dasher and it takes away possible income. Will never take an order from this restaurant again.

this location is going downhill fast. the quality and taste of the food keeps getting worse. specifically, the temders are tough and dry and smaller than they’ve been in the past. the mac and cheese that we got today was the worst tasting mac and cheese I’ve ever had in my life! it tasted like it had been made with dirty dish water. it’s sad, chicken express historically is one of my favorite places to eat.

We used to like this place, but it’s gone downhill the last year or so, as the price goes up, and the size of the tenders gets smaller. The last tenders we got were overcooked, and we ended up throwing them in the trash.

Ordered a 30 piece family tenders with three sides. Asked for an extra side of gravy. Was told there was only enough gravy for the order. Ok fine, ordered a 4 piece spicey tenders. Pulled up and payed $66+ and I should have known with my experience with this place to check my order but I’d didn’t and arrived home again with zero gravy. If you shop here CHECK YOUR ORDER, they constantly leave items off.
