Not impressed. Ordered the boneless buffalo wings and got overcooked dry boneless nuggets with no sauce. Ordered 2 meals (1 boneless wings and the other 2 piece fish) and the girl automatically upgraded both orders to 44 oz drinks. Then tried to tell us the 32 oz is what came with the meal. Had to show her the receipt where she charged us for the upgraded drinks. I ate 1 nugget that was so dry, I went up to ask for some buffalo sauce and I got offered ranch or gravy. I said gravy then they tried charging me a dollar for the gravy. I said to keep it. I was only able to eat 2 nuggets and then threw it in the trash. The mac and cheese was so runny that the cheese wouldnt stick to the noodles, ended up throwing it on the trash. The girls working were more excited about touching and hugging each other than they were in trying to help anyone. So not impressed with this location and prolly won’t stop there again.

I love our local chicken Express and just call-out a teak member at this location that I rank as #1. Romme is always friendly, smiling works hard and is always great. She remembers the regulars. Even when I come by early for my fix of sweet tea!! I hope she is recognized!

I was ordering and the girl already had attitude from the start but she could’ve been having a bad day so i let it go. Barely listened to me and got one of my meals all mixed up and when i corrected the order she cut me off and told me my total and turned off the microphone. I wasn’t done ordering and my order still ended up wrong because she never let me finish. tired of the constant attitudes at this place. there’s only one guy that’s really sweet….. UPDATE 3MONTHS LATER: we got there 15min before close and they quite literally pretended to be closed and refused to take my order. Some girls went to take some trash out and we’re laughing at us..expeditiously over this place.

Order 2 drinks through the drive-through waited 30 minutes to get all the way up to the window for water down drinks. If I’m not mistaken I believe that people are supposed to be walking drinks out when it’s just drink only orders think it’s time for a. Change in staff or some more chance of training.
