Stopped and got the Family Tender Meal. Everything was correct & delicious! When I went inside, Kane was very polite and extremely helpful! He recommended some Apple Pie for dessert and it hit the spot! Thanks for the great customer service!

Chicken Express in Round Rock is the best place to go to! Their services are great! The customers and employees are respectful and polite! The restaurant is inspected monthly, and clean! I hope, one day people all around Round Rock, the state of Texas, the Dell Diamond the Kalahari Resorts across the street from the restaurant come on over to this place to bring in some more employees and customers!

This is the worst Chicken Express I’ve been to. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes with two cars in line. I paid about 16 bucks for the smallest tenders I’ve ever seen at a Chicken Express. The tenders were basically nuggets and I know this isn’t up to Chicken Express standards. I don’t know how this store is still in business, I will never return to this location. I would advise everyone to choose a different chicken option.

I have Chicken Express it’s way better than KFC, Popeyes, Bushes chicken, and golden Chick. Service was okay. Took 15 minutes to get my order. Everything was great I love the corn nuggets

This locatoin is close by my house, and we maybe go there about once a month to get tenders, and gizzards. We went today on 3/15, and order. They did not have the gizzards ready, which is understandable, cause not many people order gizzards. I noticed when I got them they really big. It was because they had just made them, and they were frozen and most likely clumped together when they fried them. Needless to say, I bit into one, and they were still raw/pink. They also forgot the mashed potatoes that go with the chicken. I called to give feedback, not complain, but when the young lady claiming to be the manager, said she was training a brand new staff, saw fit to interrupt me and talk over me, She tried to offer me more gizzards, and mashed potatoes, if I went back within 7 days. Sorry, I generally try not to make it habit of getting fried greasy foods all that often, and I’m not going back in 7 days. Then to be so rudely interrupted on the phone letting her know that this was unacceptable, just put this whole situation over the top. I get that you are short staffed, and traning. A lot of places are like that, but communication needs to remain professional. Won’t be going back anytime soon, except for maybe a partial refund if I am able to communicate with the GM.

Horrible experience! In Round Rock at Kalahari for a conference. This place was across the street. Ordered the 4-piece chicken strips combo and the hot wings. When served, the chicken strips were so small, they looked like chicken nuggets and tasted rubbery, like they’d been made in the morning (it was after 4 pm). They were horrible. As for the wings, they were NOT wings. They were actually nuggets – plain nuggets. They said they haven’t served bone-in wings in a year. However, the sign says “hot WINGS.” I returned them. Finally, the prices were completely different than they were on the sign. The strips combo said $8.09, but the receipt said $9.09, and the family-sized mini poppers I ordered said $3.49 on the sign, but the receipt said $4.09. Not to mention, the mini poppers family order usually comes with Ranch at the locations I’ve previously frequented, but they didn’t include any Ranch, and when I asked about it, they offered to charge me for it. I was so disappointed with this visit, I asked for the name of the owner, and no one seemed to knew, including the manager. Shady business and old food here! I’ll never go back. Spend your money elsewhere, and you may actually get what you ordered…and NOT be overcharged for it.

So disappointed of the customer service and the manager attitude at this location. Went to this place 3 times either they don’t have chicken or their lobby is about to close. Their website say they are open to 9 meaning we are serving until 9 pm either drive through service or dining in. So you tell me why they close inside at 7:20 and drive through does not have no more chicken at 8:30. When you ask why they say sorry it’s is what it is and we don’t have enough staff. This place used to be way better and I am assuming because they were new I. That area and after little while their service gone down so bad. I was with my kids and these people made me to regret why did I even went back after going for two times and I got bad service did not order and left. The manager is super rude and disrespectful.she said her name is Stella. Well I can tell how much you hate your job with that wrong attitude you had. People don’t deserve to get treated like this walking to this place by you.
