Really disappointed in this visit. We wanted the $27 chicken tender special to go. Went inside to order. Added family side of okra. Didn’t wait to long so that was good. Except when employee brought food. We had to ask for gravy that came with. And had to ask for the gallon of tea that went with it as we walked out door. Apparently we should of checked the bag before we left. We got all the way home and didn’t get the okra. The tenders were fresh. But the biscuits and fries were cold and greasy.

This place on 82nd & just east of university. The only time I don’t see a line out to the street, is when they are closed. Drive thru only. Never had my order short or missing something. Oh, one other thing, the food is excellent.

The afternoon manager was extremely rude he cussed at me after I saw him drop chicken on the floor and put it in someone’s box to give and told him that was nasty. He cussed me out and told me to leave the store.

Lines are ridiculous!!! Dinning is ALWAYS closed! If you want to wait 30-45 mins thats usually how long it takes! They have 2 drive thru lanes but NEVER use the 2nd one

Food was okay but getting charged for food and sauce i didn’t buy really annoyed me. The drive thru worker seemed annoyed I was even there and then to charge extra on top wasn’t cool neither were the handful (some large) of cold fries.

Only reason the review is a one stars because I can’t give them a zero. I went up to their drive-thru because they still don’t allow you to go inside, there was one person in front of me, when they moved up I went up to the speaker and they said they’ll take my order in just a few minutes. Almost 10 minutes later they have yet to take my order I leave there is nobody in drive-thru nobody inside other than workers they just didn’t want to do their job

I feel like I’m eating chicken from the lunch rush. It’s so dry and overcooked. Never had this experience at this location. Not to mention my order was read back the way it was ordered. However, when we get to the point of receiving our order. We are one meal short and even though it was read back correctly. It wasn’t wrung up correctly… I am so disappointed because this is one of my favorite locations…
