This has become our go to chicken place. The facility is always clean and pleasant. I really like the lightly breaded chicken. Why it has surpassed the other chicken places though, is the customer service. The employees are polite, helpful, and most importantly to me, very good at establishing expectations. They’ll let you know if something will take a long time, if they’re out of a particular item, etc., so that you can adjust accordingly. For example, one night we show up and they were filling a major catering order. We put in our order and were told it would take 45 min due to the catering order and given options on what we could order to speed it up. This kind of clear communication is super helpful. Keep up the excellent work!

Staff is nice and friendly however they always seem to be short staffed and running slow. I love their sweet tea there BUT it’s hit and miss on getting good tea. I finally quit buying tea there by the gallon cause it continued to either be bad/sour of go bad overnight. This last week I’ve gone by to get sweet tea individual large size and it’s been sour as well. I wish they would keep their tea fresh.

Chicken was old, mashed potatoes were powdery, okra was good but only about half full, rolls were good. Update 6:50 pm 06-25-23, tried to go get some chicken for the family and was told that they could not make more chicken that they would not be able to serve me today, have given this place multiple chances, will drive across town for chicken instead of going to this place. They will never get their $hit together.

This place is really good when your craving some chicken tenders fast, they have an option where you can fo half and half spicy which is pretty cool when your in the mood for a little of both. The sides are really good too but I usually just always get fries. I get a biscuit instead of the roll and put a little of their delicious gravy on it. I like to dip the tenders and the fries in the gravy as well, it’s so delicious, the staff was really nice at this location too and greeted me and made me feel welcome!

Came on Sunday for lunch. It was pretty busy and they were short-staffed but still very hardworking and friendly. A sweet lady named Natalie took our order and was so patient and nice. We had a fairly large order and she was so gracious! The food here is always good and the staff is friendly!
