I placed an order online and I attempted to use the drive-thru to pick it up. The individual working the window wagged her finger and motioned for me to leave. She couldn’t even be bothered to open the window and speak to me like a human being. If I treated my customers the way that she chose to treat me, I would be out of business. So, I choose to no longer spend my money at a place that allows their employees to treat paying customers this way. The individual working that window has no business in customer service.

How does anyone afford to eat here anymore?? 12 chicken strips and 2 family sides were FIFTY DOLLARS! Never again. Service is pretty lackluster as well but that’s never kept me from good food. Seems like prices have gone up here but quality has gone down.

Make sure you check your order. I ordered the meal with tenders, fries and rolls. I was missing the fries. It’s so frustrating when you order for convenience and the you become stressed out by not receiving what you ordered.
