One of the few places where the food actually looks like the pictures on advertisements! Incredible flavor and very fresh ingredients. The restaurant is very clean and staff members are nice and welcoming. The food was so good that we decided to return the next day for lunch after ordering dinner the night before. I highly recommend the Classic Chop Chop and Mexican Chop Chop as entree items.

I literally just walked out of this place due to the horrible treatment. When I placed my order, the man at the counter told me that I could not have skin added to my meal because they had none sitting in a bin. I asked if he could remove it from a chicken on the grill and was told no, we don’t do it that way. When I explained that literally every time I’ve asked for skin they just pull it off of chicken on the grill I was told that they don’t do that because of “people like you [me]”. It was then explained to me that “Pulling the skin off of a piece of chicken dries it out and then people like you want it extra juicy and won’t eat it.” After the second “people like you,” I asked what he meant by that and reminded him that he does not know me.

Don’t waste your time. No rice selected….I get a pound of rice. (I don’t eat rice). Double chicken selected….one portion. Two chipotle sauces paid for…..no chipotle anywhere. I have a fork by happenstance…..that I’m using to separate the food to demonstrate. This has happened every time I or an employee has ordered. I’m giving this to another person who will eat it. Have lost my appetite, and patience. More reviews from all of the 60+ staff will follow. Great job at being inattentive Chicken Kitchen. Seriously, please nobody waste your time with this company.
