How times have changed. First off the portions are significantly lower, a lot lower!!! Even the rice! Come on man! $10.99 for a cup of chicken, a small portion of yellow Rice, a bit of lettuce and a tablespoon of diced tomatoes. I could have fit twice the amount in the plate. Then they didn’t have any pita bread. Back in the day they could barely close the plate cover. So now we pay more and we get less then before! Owner are you listening? If your going to charge more fine but don’t lower the portions too!

The place is clean very good service but reason I gave a 3 start is the chicken they filled it up in rice lettuce and beans but chicken they gave a half of one breast and then they chopped it in tiny pieces so it seems is a lot.

To me, this place I prefer this place over chipotle. It’s a similar concept. You choose the chicken you want with all the toppings. The cilantro garlic sauce is what makes this though. I’ve eaten here twice in the past week.

OMG i was very disappoint of everything from the customer service till the quality of food and cleaning , my food was disgusting rice was like if I was eating gum , my plantain were so old! that if you throw it to a window you would break it, I didn’t even finish it. there was an employee that was on the phone texting the whole time we were there and the place was all dirty tables and floor. it’s clear! when I said customer service is not what it use to be.

Great food with a side of kindness.I arrived as it was started to drizzle rain and got inside quickly with my daughter that was still in the car seat. After paying for my order the woman says you get the baby and I got the food, I looked at her confused. She came around the counter grabs the bag and says I will follow you out. There were five men in the store and not a single one tried to open the door, she held the door open for me and waited patiently for me to put the car seat in the car and then handed me the bag. I was so floored by her kindness and the food was great as well. Thank you for showing kindness to a mom who needed a extra hand.

Called in my order prior to arriving and they totally butchered my order, thank the heavens I actually took a look in the bag to make sure the order was correct.. ordered a Regular chop chop with lettuce tomatoes and cheese with extra chicken and instead they decided it would be better that I received a chop chop with nothing but chicken, rice and TONS of sour cream, like an unholy amount of sour cream.. also ordered a Mexican chop chop and they had forgot to put the beans on it and when I informed the lady that she had forgot to put the beans in the chop chop, she instead started to question if the Mexican chop chop even comes with beans in the first place as if I don’t know what I ordered, like seriously? The food quality has gone down the drain over the years I have been eating at Chicken Kitchen for as long as I can remember and it is absolutely atrocious what it has turned into. Chicken is bone dry, toppings aren’t fresh whatsoever, they are absolutely greedy with the sauces and chicken has no flavor AT ALL. It’s such a shame.
