Today i saw day light robbery with a male spanish cashier who had a very bad attitude towards me. He overchaged me on fries. I tried even showing him previous receipts of the same fries i have been buying and he seemed not to understand anything. He just murmured in spanish. Mind you the prices on screen were shut off. The screens were not working. I have just disliked my favorite place to go to anytime with this day light robbery. The management should consider hiring an english speaker cos not everybody understands spanish. This is so PATHETIC

Amazing place. I used to leave one block away and worked from home, so I went there almost every day for lunch. The workers got to know me and sometimes would even let me know when my favorite food choices were going to be made so that I went there for sure the next day.

I’ve been coming to this establishment since they first opened, but today will be my last. Their food is great, but service is far from it. I came in earlier and ordered two pupusas witch take an average of 15min to make. After 40min of waiting I asked what’s going on, only to find out they didn’t put my order in or simply forgot, even though the staff who heard me make my order were there standing staring at me the entire time. It’s a real shame, I truly liked their food, but feel too disrespected and neglected to go back, being this isn’t the first time.

So I came to buy dinner at 9PM, knowing that the place closes at 10PM. Once I got there the people told me they were out of food and there was no more food to choose from, and whatever they had left the people were rude while serving it(as if I was getting the food for free) . This is the second time that happens to me this week. If you are going to stop serving food at 9PM, you should just close at 9 instead of 10PM!
