My wife thinks this is the best Mexican restaurant in town…I disagree, but it is really good. The grilled chicken seems to be a genuine family recipe, and is seriously tasty (and I’d argue, healthier than fried chicken by far). Honestly all of their regular Mexican items (tacos, burritos, etc.) are good too, and they offer a ton of meats—even rarer cuts from the cow’s face and head for more adventurous eaters (don’t worry the asada, el pastor, pollo, and other more normal items are great too). It’s truly a huge menu. Decent salsa bar with some unique salsas. I got a big horchata with ice last time to go and enjoyed drinking it on the way home. Probably 20 flavors of various frozen cream-popsicle type treats for dessert, all super good. Huge menu— you can’t go wrong at this place.

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. This place is incredibly shady. The prices on the menu were not the prices I was charged. For example, the wings which were priced at $8.99 on the menu board were rung out at $14.99. When I noticed the food prices on my receipt were considerably more I went up and asked for a price correction and was told “yeah, the prices went up”. Great… but you can’t have one price on a product and then charge more. Especially that much more and without telling the customer the prices had changed. I’ll never go back, the food wasn’t even good. Tastes like food that has been sitting in a freezer for months and got freezer burn. Literally go anywhere else if you want a decent dining experience. I love trying new places but instead of finding a hidden gem I found a dumpster fire. Lesson learned I guess. So much for truth in advertising.

Ended up here accidentally. Got a whole chicken and sides family dinner to try out. Everyone in the house liked it. The hot sauces were quite too hot for me. My roommates loved them. We will be back to try more.

The wait when it was empty inside the restaurant, The chicken was so over cooked I gave it to my dog I was so upset because I was hungry so it’s like it was sitting out all day just dried out way to much .

Disappointed. I ordered the chicken Nachos and steak torta combo to go for pick up. chips were soggy on the nachos there was barely any chicken mostly a mush pile of beans. Super gross. Then the torta combo I asked for no beans the lady confirmed my meal came with fries and guess what I got a big pile of beans and rice instead. Really you just confirmed the combo came with fries. The torta was also soggy and cooks were not wearing masks ♀️
