I been going here for years but the customer service is horrible it’s clear they don’t like black people I gave it months before I returned just because the food was so good but still received the rude customer service I spoke polite and everything the females facial expressions change as soon as you walk in and the manager is no better also pay attention to how they charge you I noticed they charged me a extra $10 and the manager(man) all of sudden couldn’t understand English and did not know how to explain the charge, whole time he has spoken to me on multiple occasions in English so he had no choice but to give me a refund of the $10 back Forest Home Chicken palace is 0 star, Go to 35th its much better and they treat you very polite and nice excellent customer service. Hire new employees for Forest Home location management included‼️

It was edible. Service kinda sucked, tacos were loaded with half meat half cilantro….. After picking half of it off it was ok. Outside area was kinda dirty, trash cans open and over flowing, probably has mice. Probably won’t go back

Horrible service. Had a big order to pick up and when I got home I realized I was missing items and also given wrong items. Returned to the restaurant they took my order back and once again when I got home my order was still wrong and the tortillas were very old and hard. Never going back again!!
