Absolutely disgusting! Received my door dash order with bugs in it and sat on hold with a shift supervisor for 20 mins. This is absolutely unacceptable. I use to be a restaurant manager and the unwillingness or lack of caring they did to resolve this just shows how restaurant management has gone down. I have reported this to an old friend with the Food and Safety department. Always check your food before eating it. This restaurant should be shut down for a few days and retrain their employees on cleanliness and food safety.

Heylo again, foodie friends. While visiting in Georgia. I tried this local favorites stop. I had the Chicken Salad BLT w/ Olivia’s Old South chicken. Sandwich was very good. (personally I would have preferred more mayo, but that’s a personal preference), the fruit was fresh, the pickle was not. oh, well. The restaurant was clean. The staff were fast, friendly and professional. All in all not bad for a first visit. Stay hungry, my foodie friends

Lives up to its reputation of cute comfort. It’s exactly what you think it’s going to be, chicken salad on your choice of bread. Not bad, but quite small considering the price. Chicken dumpling soup was hearty and delicious. Sweet tea was also as expected.

Upscale fast food based around chicken salads. Definitely not recommended if you don’t like chicken salad but if you do this is what you’ve been looking for. I had “The Chick”, their basic combo, with the regular “Classic Carol” chicken salad on a croissant with a side of broccoli salad and (for a little extra) a scoop of the “Dixie Chick” chicken salad. Both were good, plenty of chicken, not too dry or creamy. The “Classic Carol” has a light seasoning to it that doesn’t get in the way. “Dixie Chick” add onions, again not too strong. Other salads add fruit, nuts, jalapeno and other sauces and seasonings. The broccoli salad is also quite good, consisting of chopped florets with cheddar, mozzarella and bacon in a light vinaigrette. Prices are reasonable for quality fast food. Recommended if your looking for sandwiches.

Overall I love Chicken Salad Chic, however I was very disappointed yesterday after receiving several emails about the Mother’s Day promotion, you were under prepared for the promotion. You are opened until 8pm but by 5 pm you only 3 choices left and you didn’t offer rain checks. So basically working Mother’s are not worth your Promotion

The chicken salad, pasta salad and mac n cheese did not taste completely fresh. One sandwich was ordered with tomato and lettuce and the other plain. The plain one had double the amount of chicken salad on it which was very strange since it was the same sandwich. All in all it could have been great but it really wasn’t. Keep higher standards with quality control and portion control and we will come back.
