I love a good chicken salad so a friend told me to check this place out. The service is top tier. The employees are so nice and kept checking on me to make sure everything was up to my expectations. The store was very clean too. I had the Dixie Chick on a croissant with a cup of potato soup. Only thing I felt could’ve been better is if there were more chicken salad on the sandwich. When I go back instead of getting the soup I’ll choose the extra scoop of chicken salad on the side so I can add it to the sandwich. The croissant was fresh and soft and the chicken salad flavor was good. Overall I’d go back to try the other flavor chicken salads.

First, let me say the service was excellent. I even tipped the staff. As you can see by the pic, there was mold on my croissant. I took someone there for their first Chic-salad-chic experience and needless to say it was a bit embarrassing. They remade my order on white bread and it was fine. There was definitely a lack of flavor on any of our food so that was strange. Other locations I’ve visited had delicious food. Not sure who’s preparing the food but they need quality control. Again, great service, not so great food.

It’s good. First time here. The lady running cash register wasn’t very helpful considering it was my first time. I asked for mayonnaise on my sandwich but none is on there. The man passing out food was very nice and very professional. I do plan to eat here again.

I normally don’t write bad reviews! I eat here all the time and today was one of the worst experiences i ever had here! The manager was beyond helpful as ALWAYS but the front counter girl Janaya need to go in business for herself before she run your customers away! Just unprofessional! Rude taking my order, rude answering my questions and rude giving me my order! Then she got a hair comb placed in her back pocket as if she about to comb her hair at any time! I tell people all the time if you hate what you do then find something else to do! Stop working at these customer service jobs running away your bosses customers!!!!

It’s was good. The Assist Manager wasn’t the Publix type. He was kinda impatient and rushy, but nice. It was my first time and heck I don’t know. (you know a smart aleck smirk) If I ask a ❓, he was like look up there it’s on the board. Then the employees were not detailed. I think they should have HAIR COVERINGS COMPLETELY. THOUGH, great taste. Nice place. I can walk from my store. I will give it another try.

The bread was fresh, soft and nutty. Chicken salad not too much seasoning but moist and tender meat. Fresh fruit in sandwich and in bowl, a great pick me up lunch. Great service very polite.

Event happened on 5/23/23. I waited in line over 10 mins to place my order, finally ordered at 1:09 PM which is what the receipt said. At 1:26 PM, I went to the front counter to check on my order and somehow two ladies that had ordered after me had already gotten their food. I spoke with the woman running the front counter named Jackie and she checked on my order. Not only did she call out my order correctly to confirm my order, but she looked at the food in the windows. Handed me my order, I got to the table and the sandwich was not the Sassy Scotty I had ordered, it was Lauren Lemon Basil. I asked for my money back and she hastily said “we’re the only ones here.” Never apologized or took the blame that she knowingly handed me the wrong order. I received a full refund and will not visit this location again. 0/10

I wait 30 minutes and my order wasn’t ready and I had to ask. Once I asked they rushed and made my meal. Once they made my meal they got my order wrong. Horrible service, the one in Peachtree city is way better! The FAT white man who is the manager is horrible at his job. He was preparing food with no gloves on.
