My wife took me here for lunch while traveling and staying in Statesboro. Great concept, business plan, and very well executed. We both had salads with chicken salad and both were delish. Great food, friendly service, clean bathrooms, and excellent atmosphere. If this chain was publicly traded stock I would buy it.

I recently visited Chicken Salad Chick with my boyfriend. We ordered the fancy Nancy sandwich with macaroni and cheese and the buffalo BLT sandwich with loaded potato soup. Both of our sandwiches were not toasted. The lady at the counter never asked, and I just assumed that they would toast them. The fancy Nancy was okay. Typically, it is full of flavor and grapes, but this time, it lacked both. My boyfriend only ate half of his sandwich and said that the bacon on it tasted like the cheap microwavable bacon. The mac and cheese and soup were okay. I ended up scraping off the chicken salad from half of my sandwich and eating it with crackers. I know the food is typically good, but this was a letdown for both of us. The best part was the cookie! I don’t think we will be back.

For me to give 5 stars you must know that this place is definitely a hit!!!!! Customer service was amazing! My first time coming they were so nice and helpful and patience with me (because I’m so indecisive especially when there are so many choices). The prices are definitely equivalent to what you get. They are not stingy with their portion sizes. My favorite was the lauryns lemon basil and the kickin Kay Lynne!!! They are both so good with or without being on bread or crackers. With every meal you get a mini butter cookie (which is soooo delicious), crackers, and a pickle…. love this place and the people here, I would definitely come here more often….

Walked in to look at the menu options, at the counter. I couldn’t get past the female behind the counter, in the kitchen; with a raspy cough coughing into her arm, then again coughing into her hand, (no gloves)! The same hand she would have probably used to prepare our food. We walked out! A total turn-off and disregard for hygiene!

This was the first time I had ate here and I was impressed! I had the Kickin Kay Lynne sandwich on croissant with the broccoli salad as the side. The food was fresh and tasted amazin. The Kickin Kay Lynne had a really nice spice level while maintaining great flavor. I will definitely be back here for sure.

Been to this location over 30+ times. My gf and I have been greeted with a smile every time. Employees are wonderful and very customer oriented. Amazing manager as well. Even on the busy days, they still make it an enjoyable visit. I’d wait all day for the food lol couldn’t ask for a better place to go eat.
