My first time here and I LOVED it. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom which had a changing table – SCORE! Ordering was quick and easy and food arrived quickly. Fun, bright decor along with outdoor seating. The watermelon sweet tea was an added and most delicious plus! Will definitely be back!!

I’m not usually one to leave a review, however, after my most recent experience, I feel it is necessary. First off, the food and employees were great. The food was tasty, and made quickly, albeit a bit overpriced. However, my main issue with this establishment was the treatment of the employees by the assistant manager, Avery. I was so appalled by what I was overhearing that I had to find out this woman’s name to properly write this review. This grown woman was yelling at these poor teenagers almost the entire time I was dining in and frankly, I cannot fathom a reason why. This is completely unacceptable. No adult should be yelling at teenagers, or anyone for that matter, in a work environment, especially when customers can hear you so easily. Again, great food and service, but this assistant manager needs to be checked by a higher up immediately because she’s ruining what would otherwise be a perfect place to get chicken salad.

I love chicken salad chick! I have gone in many times and have always had a good experience. Staff is friendly and service is pretty quick. I love that you can do a quick chick and just go in and get prepared food to goI love the fancy Nancy the fruity Fran and the grape salad! I will definitely be back and I definitely recommend. They do have parking and you can also do a mobile pick up.

This place was FANTASTIC and they had a fun spin on chicken salads. I am a fruit and sweet kind of chick salad gal where my husband is more savory. I got a strawberry side salad that was out of this world! I definitely suggest trying that, but I’m sure all the sandwiches are great! We loved the chocolate cake slice so much, WE BOUGHT A WHOLE PIE! I mean seriously it was mouth watering heaven!!!

It was my first time there and for my wife also. I ordered a chicken salad on a croissant and it was delicious. It was so good that I went back and grabbed a container of it to take home with me, along with one of their cookies. My wife ordered some sweet tea and when she went to get it the container was out. They said that they would brew some more. We waited until I was just about done with my meal and asked again at the counter (a good 25 minutes after we originally asked). The guy at the counter said he just needed to add the sugar and we waited some more. Never at any point did he mention a time frame involved in this process and although we could see other employees in the back, it was the guy at the front counter who needed to make it. We waited well over half an hour for this sweet tea and would just have gotten another drink had we been told that it would take this long. It ruined an otherwise stellar visit to this store. The food was delicious and when I ate the cookie the next day it was also good. The front counter guy was friendly and informative when asked about the menu items but again, never once mentioned the elongated time frame involved in waiting for the sweet tea, which my wife said was also delicious. Sweet tea is her favorite drink and she was excited to try and new brand since we’d never eaten at a Chicken Salad Chick before but our service experience was mixed and overall, disappointing.

Excellent! I had the lemon basil chicken salad sandwich and my kid had the traditional chicken salad sandwich with nuts and grapes. Sides were great and so was the sweet tea. Everything tasted homemade and fresh. Outstanding top to bottom and great prices too! Highly recommended!

It’s a typical / average , came in to figure out the “trend” was all about . I’ll be honest tastes very similar to the chicken salad you get at Walmart, Publix, or typical restaurant. However environment and service was good but room for improvement. I can see the niche the business has targeted.

Pandemic WIN Initiative
Chicken salad chicks always have a pleasant and Southern atmosphere. The staff is always nice and there were a mixture of Staff members wearing masks and those without mask. There were sanitized stations throughout the restaurant and they have a spacious outdoor seating area.

I want to start by saying the employees and food are fantastic. The food was made very quickly and the employees were very kind. The issue is the management, specifically the assistant manger Avery. Every time I have dined in, I could hear this woman screaming at these teenagers almost the entire time and for seemingly no reason. They all were respectful and hardworking, meanwhile this assistant manger was acting with the maturity of a middle school bully. I’m not sure what her job is other than being angry at these poor employees who are the only thing keeping this restaurant together. This is completely unacceptable to me, especially considering the employees look like they’re still in high school, which I believe some of them are. Screaming at teenagers as a grown women is both pathetic and embarrassing, not to mention how it makes me and other restaurant goers less incentivized to dine in. I would encourage whoever is a higher up to fire this women immediately, as she seemingly provides nothing other than a feeling of discomfort to both employees and customers. I’d love to leave a positive review as, again, everything is great other than this one assistant manger who is essentially verbally abusing teenagers and doing nothing seemingly nothing else. I love the food and the employees are very kind and quick, but I simply cannot understand how such poor management is accepted.

The chicken salad here is so good and there are plenty different kinds you can try. I pretty much always get fancy Nancy or tutti fruity. The grape salad is amazing. Staff is always friendly and never takes too long to get your food.
