This was my first time eating here and it was so satisfying. The sandwich I picked was delicious, the food was fast, and the cashier was super nice and helpful when picking what I would get. Not to mention they were closing in 30 min and I didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend to anybody and definitely will be coming back!

I love chicken salad chick but the customer service at this location could use some help. Especially in regards to online orders. Usually when I place one it is placed on the rack for online orders (why have that if you aren’t going to put the orders there). I walked in and nothing was there so I sat down on the bench by the counter to wait, the saw me sit but no one acknowledged me and they were not busy at all. About 5 minutes goes by and someone walks up to the counter for a to go order and they hand it to them there. So I do the same and apparently it was sitting there ready the whole time and then I had a drink with my order and didn’t see a drink cup by the bag so I went to grab one and the girl rudely said excuse me it’s in the bag and rolled her eyes at me.

In town from Las Vegas and let me say that this was some of the best food I’ve had in years. You can tell when a meal has been prepared with Love because the eyes and tastebuds don’t lie.
