I love to dine here. The young lady’s that work the front counter are the sweetest and very quick and helpful. The food is always amazingly delicious. And they give you plenty of crackers or what ever you need. It is always nice, clean, and comfortable spot to eat.

I was passing through when my boyfriend and I stopped at this Chicken Salad Chick!! The GM Morgan was so kind & helpful. She gave us recommendations on what to get based on what we like in our usual chicken salad. Never had the grape salad until Morgan told me how good it was & now I WILL be getting it every time i go!!!

I LOVE Chicken Salad Chick! I brought my husband for lunch, and he loved it, too! He had the chicken salad bacon sandwich and was very satisfied. I had the Classic Carol scoop with grape salad, which is absolutely delicious! The service was also great! Mallory rang us up, and she had such a delightful attitude, with her smiling and very pleasant. Such a nice experience when most customer service has declined. Definitely will return!

This is one of my favorite places to eat but this visit was not great. We waited around 20 minutes or more to get our food, with only one car ahead of us, and then our order was not correct. Hopefully, my next visit goes better.

They’re so good! It’s nice to have somewhere to go that’s not just greasy food, but healthier & very tasty. There are many options to choose from in the flavors of the chicken salad & sides, too. Check out the Saraland location bc they’re really good!
