Whenever I visit my friend in Tennessee, I have to visit Chicken Salad Chicks. I absolutely love the food and atmosphere of this resturant. On my most recent visit, I got a scoop of Fruity Fran on a croissant. I chose to get a scoop of their mac and cheese as my side. When you order your meal you automatically get a buttercream frosted cookie which I find to be delightful! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is always spectacular. The ladies who work there are very friendly and I always have good conversations with them. I really like their watermelon icetea. It is a bit too sweet for me so I combine it with regular ice tea to form the perfect summer drink. ☀️ I love this place and can’t wait to eat there again !

Great food and excellent service make this restaurant a delight to frequent! Tried the Dixie Chicken salad on wheat berry bread with a side of grape salad which now may be my favorite side dish!! (My wish is for even MORE garlic in Dixie Chicken salad…I’m weird and love stronger flavours!) Nice presentation even in to go box…

Went inside and ordered it to go for my lunch for work. Was greeted by staff as soon as I walked closer to the counter to order. I didn’t have to wait long for food at all. They have a great selection of sandwiches and different kinds of chicken salad. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, great tasting food. Would highly recommend to friends.

Normally it’s really good but today was seriously lacking. The lettuce in the salad was wilted and the chicken salad tasted a bit spoiled so i couldn’t eat that and the cheesecake had a piece of plastic in it that resembled a bug leg so I couldn’t eat it either. But the coke was good.

The drivethru staff is very indifferent and borderline rude. The counter staff is very friendly. There’s a 50/50 chance they will mess up your order though. I experienced this the past two visits.

Love the food, love the whole experience but the lunch cashier at the Spring Hill location is very standoffish and it comes across as RUDE. We noticed it several times we have been there. Not the case in Franklin.

The food is good. I ordered the “Sassy Scotty” and the “Buffalo Barclay.” The service is great! The staff is very helpful when ordering and will even give you samples of the different kinds of chicken salad. They are very friendly!
