I went through the drive thru and ordered a wrap and lemonade. The lemonade was minute maid. I Didn’t realize they had 2 different kinds. I asked the lady to give me the fresh instead. She was very nice about it. Jessica the manager who was putting the order together rolled her eyes because I asked for the fresh lemonade instead. The food was terrible. The chicken salad wrap was all wrap and barely any chicken salad, the broccoli salad was dry, the grape salad had rotted grapes. Don’t waste your time on this place. Over priced, food quality is lacking, poor management and long wait times. Based on the reviews it seems I’m not the only one saying the same thing.

I went inside to order and waited 20 mins. (The line did NOT move). A few people left due to the issue. I was about to leave and then it started moving. The lady taking my order was nice but everything else about the experience was really a 1 star. My sandwich barely had any chicken salad and it was the wrong one. I ordered the Fancy Nancy (as I have done many times) but that is NOT what I got. It’s very disappointing overall and something I felt was necessary to share. The other employees all were emotionless and did not even return a smile. (I know sometimes a person can have a bad day but the whole place seemed to be.) I hope it gets better as I love this place when my order is right and friendly smiles are shared.

Visited location on Kingston Pike in Knoxville Tn.. for the prices they charge for just a sandwich is absurd!! Hardly had any chicken salad on croissants. Not worth the price.

Great food and friendly staff. Price was reasonable and service was quick. We had a scoop of the Classic Carol and the Sassy Scotty on wheat bread. Both chicken salads were delicious. The restaurant was clean and easily accessible from the road. If you like chicken salad this is an excellent choice.

This was my first time here and I came with two coworkers on our lunch break. The person taking orders immediately became cold when I said I had multiple orders. Drive thru service was slow and we spent a good amount of time waiting to get to the window. We ordered drinks but no one ever asked the size and I guess we all just paid for buckets of soda. The person at the window, I think her name was Amanda, basically threw our food at us and slammed the window. The food was okay, but with the rude and slow service I don’t really want to ever come back. Very bad first experience.

My First time trying. I got the one with cranberries but I couldn’t tell any difference from my daughter’s; she had the classic. We wanted them toasted but the air was out in the kitchen so they weren’t doing anything hot that day. Service was lackluster.
