I love this place I’ve been to 3 different location New Albany, IN, Glendale on Keystone, and in Fishers next to Shake shack. All were delicious. I had turkey bacon club and potato soup, see pictures. Just try it, get there before 11am it gets crowded fast but worth it. The little butter cookie melts in you mouth

Absolutely love this place! I haven’t had a flavor I didn’t like. Today I got the Sassy Scotty on a croissant, the poblano chicken soup, and an extra scoop of Dixie Chick. I love the onions in the Dixie Chick. Prices are reasonable and you get a good portion. Parking can be tough on busy days.

I stopped by, ready for delicious chicken salad, only to find out they were completely out. So, I tried the egg salad sandwich with loaded potato soup. Not the best egg salad, so I spoke to the manager Sarah, and she gave me a refund and a bowl of soup to take home. Sarah was very professional and apologetic for the circumstances. Based on Sarah’s excellent handling of my situation, I’ll go back and give them another try.

What a great place for a light & satisfying meal. The chicken salad on a croissant with a lemonade is a great summer dish. But overshadowing everything is the fantastic customer service. From the moment I walked in they were super nice, knowledgeable about the food, and made honest suggestions.

Was not very impressed by the quality or price of this place. Both the chicken salad and egg salad were lacking flavor, the club crackers seemed to be the only thing helping. Odd that was only choice to go with it. Now I love pickles however theirs was a complete disappointment, was weirdly dry and mushy. I’m really surprised this is a chain restaurant. The only reason 2 stars; the staff was extremely friendly and that was appreciated.

Took forever to get my take out . I walked in and the line was backed up. I came to purchase some take out. They didn’t have Carolinas chicken salad so in addition to a batch I got from the fridge they ordered my Carolina Classic. Everyone was so confused there! I bought a batch of the one with grapes,etc. And the Carolina classic with one they had to put in a container plus i asked for 4 croissants!!! It took FOREVER!!!! And unfortunately the guy handle the food and bags had a severe eye problem. He kept wiping eye and touching everyone’s bags, food trays etc. C’ mom…. That’s just disgusting and and unsanitary!!!

It’s chicken salad. Granted, it was pretty good chicken salad. There are several varieties of chicken salad, but it’s still chicken salad. They got the atmosphere right. It’s a fun bit of sunny, Southern charm. The clientele seemed happy and the staff was hard at work.

My first time here. Jenny was extremely welcoming and very friendly. She offered me samples so I wouldn’t get something I didn’t like which is amazing. I chose the Fruity Fran on a croissant with the chicken dumpling soup. Both were delicious. It also came with an adorable little cookie that was also very good. Portion sizes were good. Food was fresh and hot. The restaurant is beautiful decorated. Very shabby chic. Even the cups are adorable. I love the girl on them. I will definitely be back. Jenny is a real asset. Don’t lose her. She’s so sweet.

I am not a fan of chicken salad, but my family wanted to try this place. I didn’t have a whole lot of options but I went with the pimento cheese BLT, which was pretty decent. I get that the chicken salad is the point, but still I wish the menu had a little more variety.
