A chain restaurant that tastes like it is locally owned. You cannot go wrong with any of their chicken salad options. Very affordable considering that you get a main dish, one side and a prepackaged cookie. I liked the egg salad as it was creamy and the egg pieces were perfectly cut. The restaurant itself has a decent seating capacity and clean restrooms. The staff all had smiles on their faces when serving us.

Overall the food was pretty good. Wish there was just a little more chicken salad on the sandwiches. Seemed like I had more bread than anything. The decor and restaurant itself was very cute and inviting. The staff all had a smile and were very friendly. But it was 29° outside and honestly not much warmer inside, I think they had the AC on. My hands were literally freezing by the time I left. So I was not very comfortable eating while I was freezing cold. I would come back but will have to remember gloves next time. I will try something else next time or ask for a second scoop. The pricing was very reasonable.

Had a hankering for a quality lunch that didn’t break the bank. Discovered Chicken Salad Chick where I had the Jalapeño Holly toasted on Wheatberry bread / BLT style with fresh fruit. It was absolutely delicious! Fresh and filling. I will return until I I’ve tried them all.

The drive through seems to run pretty efficiently. However, we ordered inside. As we waited for the order, which watched car after car leave with their food. After 15 minutes we asked about our order and it was another 5 or more minutes before it came out. Salads were tasty, especially liked the broccoli salad. The free cookie that come fill the meal is a plus for me.

We visited this establishment yesterday for lunch. It was our first time. We were greeted by Damon and he was very informative about the products sold. We were very impressed. I ordered the Sassy Scotty on a croissant roll, chicken soup, and strawberry lemonade. My friend ordered a classic chicken salad with ranch dressing, broccoli salad, and sweet tea. The meal was very good and we enjoyed the clean atmosphere. It’s definitely a place that will be visited again. Thank you Damon for your expertise on the products and your professionalism.
