I love this place, don’t get me wrong. I usually order to go because I’m usually at work. I came in today for the first time to eat in. There is an older gentleman working here pushing the trash down with his bare hands and then wiping the tables down. That is so disgusting and I hope that he is told to stop immediately! I’ve never had any other complaints about this place

Just nice place go . I’ve been there so many times all thru out each year it’s been in Monroe ,La . I l9ve the children salads . I hope they all know they gave me great customer service. It’s just feel good go in and order . The customer service associate says may I help or what can we get you, it’s such pleasure be greeted with respect . I hope they continue to do great job !!!!!

I’ve always loved this place. The food was excellent. The service wasn’t. I had a girl there they didn’t give me a fork with my meal. She was doing the garbage and I asked for 2 forks. Then she finished the garbage had the girls at the next table she got their trash. Then took the garbage out like she didn’t care about helping me. There were 2 girls there. Then she came back in and was chatting with her co worker. I had to get up to get it. The manager said sorry about that. I didn’t think I asked for much. If they them out we wouldn’t have to ask.

Florentine soup was good as was the sandwich. Prices were a touch proud but not unreasonable. BLT had plenty of tomato and lettuce, but I never found any bacon.

The cashier overcharged me for my food. I questioned her and the manager came and he didn’t make it any better. I was charged for soup when the sandwich I ordered came with soup. They both seemed confused.

The chicken salads are pretty good. The names aren’t self explanatory. One scoop on a croissant and one on the side and I didn’t get hungry for hours after. Very filling. Very fast service.
