When I first drove past one of these restaurants, I couldn’t believe that all they offered was pretty much chicken salad. But after I went in and actually tried a trio, I was sold. The staff is so nice at this location, and the manager was exceptional. Try the Chicken Salad BLT, especially if they have the seasonal dilly salad – delicious! A great value with a great team.

Grace took our order and was absolutely delightful, the lady that brought our food over was kind and a man that got us to go boxes… just all very caring and helpful! My friend recently shared she will not be returning to Chicken Salad Chick because she said the bread changed and it is gross now. Out of curiosity I decided to go check out the change and I found the bread to be very weird consistency. It also seemed like the toasted was painted on. I asked if they changed the bread and they said no changes have been made.

I’m a fan of the spicy chicken salads they offer. I usually get a spicy chicken salad sandwich in a croissant and then a scoop of the grape salad or another spicy chicken salad. The inside of the eatery is unassuming, but I’m just here for the meal.

My wife and I have frequented this location for several months in the past. We took a break previously from dining here due to lack of quality in the service provided. However, our most recent visit was stellar. All drinks in the drink fountain were fully stocked! The clerk taking our order was happy and smiling! It was a fun experience and it restored our faith that this is a great place to be!

Just wow! Great staff. I just walked in randomly and now I have a new favorite spot. Literally everything I had was absolutely amazing and the crackers where perfect too. Croissant was perfectly flakey and I went 10min before they closed too. 10/10 I’m coming back

I have eaten at other locations and they are good but I was unimpressed with this location. The girl at the checkout was not helpful and seemed irritated. I got home and opened my to box and the side of fruit was beyond sad. There was hardly any and what was there was inedible. You can see in the photo that it has all gone bad. It was mushy and brown. “GROSS”!!!! I tried to call and let them know so maybe someone else would not pay for something that they can’t actually eat but noone ever answered.
