Just placed an order for chicken there. When I got there I say in the drive thru for 10 minutes without any kind of acknowledgement and I know they saw me because the looked straight at me. So I got down to get my order while I was waiting for it to be done I asked the lady at the counter for some power ball tickets. I proceeded to ask how much they are and she said $1.00 a piece so I asked for 5. She then charged me $10 and I said I thought they were $1 each she said no. They are $2 each and I asked if she took visa bc all I had was $5 cash. She no and now bc of you I have to buy them myself. She was straight up rude and ugly to me when I did nothing to her. I would have liked a chance to speak to the store manager but have had no luck finding a source of contact for him/her. That’s my last time going there. She was rude and humiliated me in front of the whole store. My advice go elsewhere for good customer service. Let me also note that the other lady workers in the back we’re gossiping and laughing as loud as they could while this was going down. I’ve never had such horrible customer service anywhere in my life as I’ve had today. What a disgrace.
