Food was good. Purchased ribs snack with potatoes & cold slaw. I like to put the BBQ sauce on myself, sometimes they put to much so there was no sauce on mine & l asked for a packet to put on later. I was told it was .80 cents EXTRA! This young lady was the manager and she also prepared the food while the other girl took orders. The manager was so rude to me, young and inexperienced. I did not get sauce, nor did l get napkins and plastic warehouse. I would not recommend this store because of the service and the rudeness of the manager. I have gone to this location for years and never had a bad experience until now. I no it’s hard to fine good help, but you don’t hire just anyone, make them a manager & have them be rude to your guests. It’s bad for business. PASS THIS STORE UP!!

Everything was good except the chicken needed to be cooked a tad bit longer and so did the potatoes the potatoes needed quite a bit longer. I guess you always have to ask for everything extra broasted or extra crispy I suppose. You can tell by looking at the potatoes they’re not done enough. Always ask for extra butter also their butter is amazing to see that giant tub on the counter is pretty incredible. The wait here can be long, their is a sign that says expect a 15 to 20 minute wait and we were hittin 23 minutes, was about to go ask how much longer and it was ready thankfully. Was really hungry, the spicy chicken sandwich for $5 is somethin else definitely give it a try. Not sure if the price is unlimited time thing or not I think it’s new.

On your menu it says “Crispy Chicken Sandwich” …turns out it’s literally one…ONE…chicken tender on a bun with one pickle. First off it’s just a sad representation of a chicken sandwich. But it’s crazy that the sandy with a single tender on it costs $7.99…and a 3 piece tender costs $8.99. So can someone tell Phil Sobeck to get it figured out!!

I’ve been to this Chicken Shack many times since ’20, and it’s never disappointed. My last time here was when I picked up food for the gentlemen who were providing a household goods moving service for me in the summer of ’23. Their chicken sandwich is a real contender with Chick-fil-A’s chicken sandwich. They offer a discount for veterans and active military as well. This is a neighborhood staple that everyone should visit.

Have been here multiple times in the last few years. Every time we’ve ordered, the food has been cooked well and there were no mishaps. Only issue we’ve ever encountered is that sometimes it takes longer than expected for the food to be ready for pickup, but I’ve learned to show up fifteen minutes later than the pickup time that’s shown when ordering online to avoid that.

The chicken, broasted potatoes, and the coleslaw tatses as good as it ever, but since Covid-19 the chicken pieces are really small compared to pre-Covid 19. The prices almost doubled as well. It doesn’t keep me from coming back for the great taste, but just not as often because of the prices.

super rude staff. they gave me the wrong order so i went in to get what i ordered, she got all upset with me and told me i said what they gave me over the phone. the restaurant was 80 plus degrees all the employees are sweating. i asked for a refund and they dont do them for any reason. never will be back

Had BBQ chicken and Ribs delivered for a family birthday gathering. Sadly disappointed. 20+ years in the SCS and this place used to be our go-to for ribs. No longer so! The last 3-4 times the ribs were truly disappointing. Tonight they were so dense and dry they were barely edible and half the order got tossed out. Chicken also seemed over cooked and chewy.
