I love chicken shack. Haven’t had it in over 15 years (moved out of state) just went back in and got a crispy chicken sandwich, potatoes and fried mushrooms. I love everything about it. Breaded and fried to order. So fresh and so delicious. It is good to be back.

System went down, and utter chaos ensued. The young girl working kept her smile and continued waiting on customers, taking orders, and handling the situations as they arose. I waited 20 minutes just to get my order placed and another 35 minutes to get the order. Potatoes were cut in huge chunks, not the normal bite-sized. You= wo=kers did their best but it was stress to the max.

Been here several times over the years and have had plenty of issues to never go here again. Food is hit or miss and the workers are always rude. Make the trip to 23 and Romeo Plank Chicken Shack, they’re much better overall.
