My order was lost. The explanation was it happens all the time. Orders are lost. I inquired should I get a confirmation number next time. No we don’t have that. The ordering system and management escalation needs to improve. A manager was never notified to come speak to me. Hiding issues will not solve the problems. In what planet is it okay to serve your customers burnt potatoes? I was not able to eat these obviously very burnt potatoes! I come here often and usually love the food but last week was horrendous. My husband picked up for us and I was so excited for the buttered potatoes (my favorite item) only to receive BURNT potatoes. I know the staff butter the potatoes after the cooks fry them, how can two people decide that serving this was okay? This is with flash by the way, imagine how absolutely burnt they look without the added lighting. I’m highly disappointed.

Chicken shack does fried chicken really well. What that means is a nice, crispy outer layer along with a tender and flavorful center. The shack potatoes are a huge hit and pair well with the chicken. I also recommend coleslaw to balance out the meal. I would recommend you try this place!
