When I called to place my order the female on the other end of the phone was so rude. When I came to pick up my food she was still rude. Like if you don’t like your job then get a new one. Customer service is the key to any food chain around. And you wonder why restaurants don’t be around long because of the people they have working for them have bad Customer service . I ordered the cod 3pc and potatoes for $12.70 the server was nice enough to bring my meal to me. When I opened it there were 3 fish sticks and box full of greasy square potatoes. I was hungry so the taste wasn’t horrible everything was just greasy

The differences between this store and the one in GPW are vast. The woman that took our call was rather cold, and lacked some politeness, but upon pickup of order my wife found her to be quite nice and attentive. For starters the ribs came wrapped in aluminum foil which kept the heat and moisture in the meat, and was a very welcomed departure from the other store. Also included were condiments which again, were never offered down the street. Surprisingly the broasted potatoes which I always ask for well done, came home perfectly done. This will be the only Chicken Shack we will order from going forward.

Great food and service for catering. I ordered a party package for my husband’s 50th birthday. My guests raved about the delicate food. Everything was delicious. All staff I dealt with were friendly and the Manager Elise was very helpful.

Cole Slaw is NASTY. Tasted like grinded up potatoes. I don’t know what it is, but it’s definitely not Cole slaw. I pay $13 for 3 fish sticks. Literally. Because the slaw got threw away. And the fish was sticks. The fries tasted like they were fried in fish grease. Even my daughter said the chicken sandwich was disgusting. The restaurant was freezing cold. The service was slow. I’ll never go back!

If I could, I would rate zero not 1 star horrible customer service on the afternoon shift, when you call they give you false information on what time they’re closing and what time they can take orders and stop taking orders and then you have everybody else working there telling the supervisor what to do and say
