The staff was young… some may have been new HS grads… either way, with such a young staff, the service was slow and there were a lot of mistakes with orders! Some staff were inappropriately dressed… I guess since they were in the kitchen they didn’t think they had to be dressed in standard uniform; however, the kitchen was open and I could see them clearly! My wait time was 40-mins and the young lady calling out the orders was bashful and no one could hear her voice over the noise. The music was not appropriate for the diner… although it was playing in the back/kitchen area it was incredibly loud and, again, I could hear it in the front. I would recommend this place just order ahead and arrive late.

I went to grab a quick bite after shopping. The rap music was so loud I couldn’t hear the girl at the register. The girls at the counter while not overtly rude did not seem to want to be there or take my order. While waiting I noticed how dirty the floors were-overall it didn’t look very clean. I waited over a half hour for a rib snack that was burnt when I opened it. I threw the food away without eating it. I have always enjoyed the periodic delivery from here. I will never order or go in again.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Rude customer service. The place was dirty. Ordered an 8pc wing dinner and a 16pc bucket for a total of $65. Said it would be a 25 minute wait. Asked how much longer it would be and the employee huffed and puffed into the back. Ended up waiting for over an hour with no apologies for our wait. This isn’t broasted chicken. This is fried to where there is no meat left on the bone chicken. Never again.

Horrible order potatoes no butter and the guy took them out of the box and placed them back in the grease and they were hard had to wait on another order and they didn’t offer a discount or anything after I requested refund and this was during when he forget 1 piece of chicken because he didn’t read the ticket. Service horrible no communication they need a responsible adult manager they do not care so I will never patronize again I will go to royal oak . You don’t take food out of the box and put back in the grease and rebox and serve gotta be a health and safety issue.

Bought chicken winget dinner and fried mushrooms. Chicken was gummy and cooked hard. Mushrooms are all burnt. We received a ton of mushrooms I’m guessing to disguise all the burn. I don’t know who’s cooking at this location but it’s awful. Food cost too much to pay for bad food. This food could literally make you sick if you eat it. This place needs to correct their cooking skills or close. It’s just chicken shouldn’t be that difficult.
