Opened both of my boxes of chicken bites today and they look like they’ve been ripped apart. A lot of the ripped apart pieces are just breading, no chicken. Potatoes are also hardly buttered. I don’t know why as I was the only customer waiting. 3 stars because it is usually good, but super disappointed.

Man, after this experience my love for Chicken Shack is back! I went in after 8 when my shift was over and the food was so good. Only suggestion is to make the spicy chicken sandwich more spicy! I’m thinking I was probably given regular sandwiches which were good but I was in the mood for that spicy!!! Thanks though! I’m not in the area much but if I ever am, I will visit again.

Pretty sure the food shouldn’t be done before I fill my pop up, supposed to be made to order fresh. Not give me some beyond fried chicken thats been sitting there and extra dry potatoes… Didn’t know I need my own butter as well, at $17.48 for 1 meal I expect a little better. Get it together.
