These workers are amazing! This sweet boy named Aldin he needs a raise! He always takes care of me. I told my family about this place! My boys love your chicken sandwiches. The place is a bit old but it gives it a homie feeling. Great staff and food. Highly recommend.

Arrived around 6pm ordered 3 pc chicken tenders and chicken bites. 4-5 employees were working. They were friendly and the place was clean. My order came out in less than 5 minutes. I though that was quick. But whatever I was hungry! I got home and the chicken seemed to be previously cooked and reheated, very rubbery, potatoes were cold and soggy. Very disappointing for the money I spent.

The manager was great, 1 person on register, and 2 fryers. The food was gross! I used to looooove chicken shack. Their coleslaw was the best anywhere….not anymore. Was it just this location? But ughhh, greasy cold potatoes, dried chicken tenders, and the coleslaw was also too dry. Lets not even talk about the price….ridiculous. one chicken tenders meal with potatoes, colewslaw and 2 warm small fountain drinks….$30??? It was such a bummer…it was supposed to be a treat dinner… no treat there!

I usually get Chicken Shacks coleslaw when I cook fish. I stopped and bought the coleslaw and when I went to serve it, it was horrible! It was NOT fresh, you could tell from the coloring and you could smell the cabbage. If it was not so hot out, I would have taken it back! Cabbage can make a person very sick when it’s going bad! We threw it away! I will never go back to this location again, that was just a very bad experience.

First time ordering. I ordered cod and chicken tenders with mushrooms and sides of potatoes and coleslaw. Most of the potatoes and the chicken tenders looked and tasted as though they had been previously cooked and reheated in the fryer. The cod is smaller than in the picture. The mushrooms and coleslaw were fine. Very disappointed to pay so much through GrubHub just to be dissatisfied.

Always wonderful ❤️ the staff is usually young so not the greatest customer service from the newbies but that’s to be expected in fast food ( I mean if you have worked it then you would know) so honestly no complaints been coming to this specific location my whole life and I wouldn’t change it!! I’ve gotten food from this location for at least 9-10 years now. I am contemplating not coming back to this location ever again. The quality of the food has gone way down. For instance regarding the chicken bites. They used to give you 10 fairly large pieces of chicken and the last few times I’ve gotten them they were smaller than a chicken nugget at McDonald’s. The chicken bites are also now have too much breading and too well done. I’m very disappointed with this matter. For I will attach pictures and show my hand in it for reference.
