Ordered 10 pieces of shrimp and they put 9 in the box. I noticed it only at home and this is the second time they put either less shrimp or less chicken than what was ordered. Their customer service seriously went downhill over the years. The workers are rude and every time I ask for dressing, they act like I’m making the most outrageous request. I make large orders for the family. They take longer to prepare food these day and they have no respect for customers. The quality keeps going down but the prices keep rising. I’ll be buying food from another place.

Order a fish sandwich meal and this was the sandwich given went bck into the store and asked the girl at register was the sandwich suppose to be like this and she said yes. NEVER AGAIN they are not the same. My chicken was not seasoned and was not fresh.

TERRIBLE SERVICE – DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Ordered thru GrubHub, never got any messages about needing to cancel my order. Delivery driver showed up, SAW OUR ORDER, and they REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO HER!! I called the store, and after several attempts, someone answered the phone. I told him about the problem, and he just repeated, “it’s okay, it’s okay, call GrubHub, it’s okay.” Have filed a formal complaint with GrubHub to take this restaurant off their delivery options – DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
