It was our first time eating at the restaurant. We order our food and it was delicious, but they forgot to bring us an appetizer that we ordered. We paid our bill but later we noticed that they didn’t itemized the food we ordered… so, how am I supposed to know if they charged me for the food we never got?

Shakes and sandwiches were delicious. The food on the other hand wasn’t fresh. The rice was reheated not fresh. It took for ever to get the food and the bill. Waitress was very nice.

This was our first time dining at Chicken Time but it won’t be the last. The service was perfect, and the food was delicious and abundant!! My husband and I are looking forward to our next meal at Chicken Time. If you are anywhere near Belleview, Florida, I recommend you give Chicken Time a try. You will not be disappointed.

I’m Puerto Rican and very picky with our cuisine. This place is amazing. Just like what Mama makes. Chef Oscar has won awards and now I know why. Waldina is so kind and inviting. Absolutely order the bandeja jibara platter. The Alcapurria, arroz con gabdules, and pastel were so delicious. I will dream about it. The mavi was just so good. Brought back so many memories.

So so so good!! By far the best Cuban food we’ve had. We had the ham croquettes with dip (make sure and get the dip!) My wife had the croquet sandwich and I had the Puerto Rican tripleta, and of course my wife had the cafe con leche.

Food was good, the cashier/manager is a pretty cool and friendly dude! White Rice was on point, the red beans were a tad too sweet for me maybe a bit too much Pumpkin or sweet potato, the chicken was perfectly season but the sling was a little soggy. The Mofogo was perfect! Would def come back for more! And maybe try some Ropa Vieja.

I came here at the recommendation of a friend at All About Art art gallery just down the street. I ordered and then as I was waiting my friend told me she wanted me to order for her as well and the restaurant made sure both of our orders came out at the same time so that was nice.

When we find ourselves close to Belleview we seem to always go to Chicken Time Cuban, since it is so good and very reasonable in price. Today was no exception. My wife had Chicken Caribe, grilled marinaded chicken breast with grilled onions, and loved it. I had Puerco Asado, thinly carved roast pork with onions and mojito sauce. I also loved it. The service is also always good. We will be back.

The photos posted did not match the quality of the food I was served at all, I am extremely disappointed. $35 down the drain . The chicken was slimy – more like baked chicken NOT rotisserie. The “chicharrones” were extremely hard and taste like old oil. The portions did NOT match the price paid . Also we got tres leches cake that was DRY and tasted like old refrigerator. Never again. This was not what I had in mind when I pictures “authentic” Latin food .
