Kylie a was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Busy girl. Our first experience was good. Love the concept! Sweet/salty combo is always a hit. The sauces are yum!!

Have been anticipating the opening of Chick’nCone since the announcement, finally was able to make it in. Service was fantastic as we were explained all the options available and any new sauces that have yet to make it to the menu. I got the chicken sandwich with the honey hot sauce and Mac and Cheese on the side. My friend got the cone with the same sauce and a side of fries. All the food was delicious, chicken was very tender and the one sauce we tried was great. Only knock for me would be there is no background music or anything playing.

First time here. Arrived around 6:45 on a Tuesday. The place was empty. The staff was very friendly and helpful but mentioned they couldn’t serve mac and cheese because it wasn’t warmed up. They close at 8 so…

Very happy to see this restaurant finally open. The service was excellent and welcoming. The food was freshly made, but the waiting was not too bad. We got everything from the menu for the soft opening. Their chicken is not the traditional crispy type, but the soft and tender texture goes well with the cone, sandwich bun, and bowl. The best thing is that you can pick any sauce from sweet to spicy. They also suggest reliable suggestions if you have trouble picking any sauces. Among all the items, we recommend the bowl the most. It includes all the side dishes and chicken with the sauce you picked. We ordered to-go, and the food was well-packaged and remained hot after home. Of course highly really recommend dining in. You can’t say no to hot and fresh food, right?

Gave this a try and was underwhelmed. They are pretty new so I get they are working out some kinks. Staff was friendly. Got the chicken and cone with a small side and drink for $12+. The chicken was fine nothing special just two strips cut up and put in the cone with sauce. The waffle seemed under cooked pale and chewy. Maybe the waffles iron wasn’t hot enough. I suspect the Mac and cheese to be GFS. Fries were limp and cold. Oil probably wasn’t hot enough. Hopefully they get better but the price for what I got was not close to being worth it.

We went during the soft opening. Food was good but there is some room for improvement (we agree that the waffles need a bit more time in the iron). We went with the cinna-maple cone and the flavor is good but the sauce does leak out the bottom (get extra napkins).

Soft opening, Sunday. I would not come for a few weeks at least. Frys cooked at wrong temperature. Soggy mess, couldn’t eat. Waffle undercooked. Everything cold. Slow. Very expensive. No ketchup or sauce for frys. Mac and cheese like Velveeta. Needed salt and pepper.

The food, atmosphere, and service was amazing! I was greeted promptly as I walked in. I was able to sample some sauces which helped me figure out what I wanted! The chicken is cooked so good and flavors galore! I loved the fries, they are a must! Kylie was so friendly and checked on us several times! I can’t wait to share with my friends!

Was excited to try this place but my experience fell flat at first bite. Came at noon before the rush. Dined in. I ordered the chicken cone and a side of mac‐n-cheese. The cone itself was disappointing, pre-made and cold and not at all golden brown and crunchy like a fresh made waffle cone should be. The chicken was just ok, and that combined with the underwhelming cone made the combination a losing one. The mac‐n-cheese was COLD. I returned it for a replacement and was treated like I was just being picky. When handed a new bowl and told “here, maybe you’ll like this better” I returned to my booth with it and resigned myself to the fact that the cheese sauce they are using to drown the noodles in is basically the cheese-ish sauce you can get at GFS, no need to keep it hot for melting. And yes, the temperature was warmer than cold, but not HOT. I wasn’t willing to try again and gave up. Ended up throwing it away. My lunch partner had the chicken sandwich and cajun fries. While he had no compliments, he also had no complaints and his opinion was that it was passable for his lunch. Food and tip came to $31.47. My budget doesn’t allow much room for dining out so when I do splurge, I need to make it count. Sadly, Chick’nCone can count on me not returning.
