I had this last weekend at a craft market so I wanted to try it fresh. I wasn’t swayed by the bad reviews bc what I had from their truck was amazing! My husband and I came today and it was really good. The bowl was big enough that he had to help me finish it and the fries had a really unique flavor! It sucks other people had bad experiences with employees bc the two that were working there today were attentive and kind. The girl at register made sure I knew the kickin’ ranch was spicy in case I wanted something that wasn’t and before they put my husband’s sandwich together they made sure the pickle on it was ok. That’s great customer service IMO. We did wait about 5-10 minutes, but if you take into consideration that everything’s made either in small batches or to order (to prevent waste) then that’s acceptable to us. We’d rather wait a few minutes to have it hot and fresh. Plus there was a family of 4 that ordered before we did so it’s not that long of a wait. Overall, it’s a unique concept that’s worth a try and the only reason we didn’t give a 5 star is because the prices are a little high (for two people we spent $30), but in today’s economy and with the explanations from the owner in previous posts we understand that he still needs to make a profit. Chicken tasted like typical air fryer chicken strips. New garlic parmesan sauce tasted fine. Reminded me of Bdubs sauce. Waffle cone was thin, cold and fell apart once I started eating it. Milk shake tasted as if it was 99% milk. No ice cream flavor and the “Carmel” milkshake was simply Carmel sauce drizzled on top. Mac and cheese was Kraft quality. Fries were good though, but didn’t get Cajun from them. ♂️

I was pretty excited about this place opening… and then I tried it. 2 frozen chicken strips cut up and placed in a stale cone. Grocery store frozen strips are better. Maybe new business issues? I’m not likely to go back, over priced and underwhelming.

Great service. The chicken has an amazing flavor. I had the cinna-maple chicken cone. The syrup and chicken match amazingly. Mix it with the fresh made waffle cone and its amazing. The fries are crisp and have a hint of cajun seasoning. They taste great but could use a little more seasoning in my opinion. But even without the extra seasoning they are great. The owner was the only person in the shop while we were there and he was amazing. Talking every need in the dining experience was met and done in a timely manner. My family and i will 100% be comming back here again

Great service, cool atmosphere, but the food didn’t meet expectations. The servings are pretty small for the price and all the breading had fallen off the chicken so it was kinda like eating cut up chicken breast chunks in a cone. That being said the maple syrup was good and the chicken was tender but lacking in flavor.
