There is a small group of us at work that always call in an order to go about every other Friday. Depending on who answers the phone, you end up feeling like they’re too busy to be polite, too busy to take your order, too busy to separate your ticket and too busy for your service. Apparently, business is SO GOOD that they don’t need to take call-ins or have any kind of overall customer service. Food is fantastic, white queso is the best (not microwaved, stringy cheese dip), chips are good and I love the salsa. However, “Melody” needs to get some customer service training and how to talk to people over the phone. Maybe she doesn’t realize that people who call in orders also leave them a tip and they don’t even have to clean up our mess! 🙂

Dined with my 2 daughters. Service was excellent. Our meals were delicious, served piping hot. It was a tad warm inside and lacked any atmosphere but, overall, a good meal and we will be back.

Can’t say anything bad! The food is excellent and always piping hot. The salsa is delicious as is everything else. Highly recommend Chicos, it’s the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to.
