Food is good here, but this Monster Roll is sad, especially compared to the photo. Plus, no wasabi or ginger. No need to waste the chopsticks on this. It won’t stay together.

All and all, good. Ice machine needed a little help, the seasoning was a little on the bland side but some people do not like a lot so that is understandable. We got our order to go and it was ready in a very reasonable time, the lady was kind, the chicken Hibachi was great, as well as the shrimp however the steak lacked a little, possibly a sirloin of a little tougher meat than a ribeye. It was still really good and cooked well. All in all we will be back for lunch and I might even pick it up one evening for dinner if I am in the area. It’s a solid 8/10 but I will give them 5 stars here.

I finally asked for the mustard sauce like benihana and they had it. I don’t have a sweet tooth so I hate the yum yum sauce plus I ordered the Louisiana roll it was cooked which is OK but I also love like raw fish I probably was rushing buy I wish the menu was better but no complaints. I like the convenience of hibachi.

Great Japanese food. Deliciously and delicately prepared. Packaged to go but seat and tables are available. Perfect addition to the Sherwood/North Little Rock area. Try the Tempura Shrimp and vegetables! Everything is good.

My experience was pretty disappointing and I could not eat the rolls I was provided. Initially, they didn’t appear concerned about the quality issue. The next day, I received a message from the manager/owner and they seemed genuinely regretful and offered an explanation: “new employee”. They retrained the employee, refunded my order and offered another meal for free. I have rewritten my initial review due to the improved customer service experience. I’m not sure I will go back but I do appreciate the humanness of mistakes and the effort to correct those mistakes.

Wanted to try to see if they would fulfill my hibachi craving and they are pretty good. The gyzo was good but needs dipping sauce (I don’t like yum yum sauce). The steak and shrimp was cooked perfectly. My only request is a second sauce option, maybe something with ginger.
