Saw this location on the way home, so glad they are in the neighborhood. They are famous for their kimchi fries but their create your own bowl and other rice bowls are also amazing. Staff in this location are very efficient and friendly. Bowls and fries came with large portions. If you are around and want something quick and delicious, this place is good for you. Seating is a bit less than another location we went, but still very clean and welcoming.

This is always a fun place! I love the Asian fusion style where I can get a bowl and French fries. I didn’t go crazy on the fired but you can build the toppings just like a bowl. The staff has always been friendly and helpful as I am fairly new ordering here. I have been here 3 times and I now have the rewards program.

Very friendly staff and greeted upon entry. They were quick and on point with my order. My japche bowl was delicious as were the kimichi fries. The portions are good for the price and I was very happy with the food. They are on my way so I will likely return soon.

While checking what’s around Bat City Gelato, Chi’Lantro caught our eyes and we decided to try it out. I was not sure exactly what to expect but I have to admit, the food that we got were pretty darn good. For people who have not tried this place, it is like Chipotle or Freebirds, only Korean instead of Mexican. You can order either Bowl or SAÄM (Burrito), adding protein, veggies, toppings and finally sauce. I ordered Bowl with marinated tofu, Jasmine rice, caramelized kimchi, loaded with different veggies adding salsa roja and was very tasty. In addition, we also got an order of Kimchi Fries and it was fabulous. This might have been the first time trying Chi’Lantro but I am sure it won’t be the last time. Highly recommended.

Their service is spectacular! I felt very comfortable and they were all very kind explaining their plates, since it was our first time. I will definitely be back.

Life’s a garden, can you dig it Michelle?
First timers. I was impressed by the flavors of the kimchi fries and the many choices for their bowls. We showed up on a weekday around 6, not too busy yet but steady. I recommend anyone looking for something different try this spin on bbq. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Do not order from here especially online/doordash. If I could give zero I would. I started eating here religiously the last few weeks because there’s nothing near my home except fast food and really loved it at first. However the last few times they’ve been so inconsistent. Constantly forgetting items, items taste different, or like the queso I got today, sometimes it will be filled with queso, a dollop of guac and some chips, other times you get half filled cup of queso with no guac no chips to eat it. They’ve consistently forgotten my K-pop chicken so my kid doesn’t have his food while we do. They just forgot it earlier this week and I had to drive back to the store to get it. The day manager was considerate and apologized so it wasn’t that bad. However today I spent 80 bucks on a doordash order. They forgot both my queso chips, half my cup of queso and again no K-pop chicken for my kid. I called around 830 pm and the lady on the phone put me on hold for a long time and then hung up on me. When I called back two more times before they answered and said I was hung up on or disconnected the guy said “yeah cause we’re busy right now” . He said his name was Sebastian (not sure if it really was) but he was rude and disrespectful, was no help, would not give me my food they left out of my bag even though I told him I had just driven to the restaurant, and told me either doordash or the manager the next day had to fix the issue. How hard is it to give loyal customers chicken and chips you guys forgot?? You guys staple your bags closed so unless my doordash driver has a stapler in his car they didn’t steal it, you guys FORGOT my food AGAIN. Wouldn’t be that big of an issue if you had some better customer service and gave me the rest of my order y’all forgot.
