I’ve been wanting to check this place out forever and finally got there today and was not disappointed… We got one of everything in the menu and it was hunger-crushing and delicious. I particularly loved the GLT, but was even pleasantly surprised by the Reuben (I’m not a big kraut person).

Had a delicious meal at Chili Goat Gruff. GLT sandwich on fantastic toasted spiral rye bread, made fresh in house. I added a side of pasta salad that was very tasty. The leftover salad was even better the next day for lunch!

Vegans and non-vegans alike: this is a great food cart! Yes it’s a food cart and yes there is seating under a shaded canopy. Limited offerings (3 sandwiches and 3 sides) but all delicious! Definitely a sloppy version of vegan food, but in a good way. The gent serving the food was very nice and the food was hot, well priced and delicious. It’s part of a mini-pod of other carts that look good too—but we only tried this one (and everyone else we saw here was also getting food from this place). I will say—the name: totally don’t get it, but who cares! It was good. Give it a shot for a quick lunch bite.

Food was delicious and affordable! I’m so happy there’s a vegan food cart in Hillsboro. I tried both the Mac and Trees and the chili, my partner isn’t vegan and he said it was the best vegan Mac and cheese I’ve ever made him try! lol. Food came out fast also.

Love that this place is 100% plant based. The pasta salad is delicious without being too goopy. I ordered the Paul Reuben sandwich and it was so flavorful! The fact that the bread is toasted/ grilled makes all the difference! It’s a “ I’m gunna need a napkin” kinda sandwich- in a good way. The folks running the place are nice too

Super excited for a fully plant-based/vegan option in Hillsboro! They have tasty sandwiches made with plant protein (which I think is vital wheat gluten, one of my personal favorites). Will definitely make this a regular stop!

Stumbled on this gem yesterday while driving through Hillsboro on our way home. We’re omnivores but always look for vegan options to try due to lack of variety of eating out options where we live. Loved our combo and the person working was super chill and sweet. We had the PDX Goat with pasta salad. The bread was toasted perfectly so it wasn’t soggy from the goodness of all of the fillings, fillings were a great mix of textures and flavors, and the pasta salad was light and refreshing (and huuuge for a “side”). 10/10 great experience all around and will pop by to try the other items when we’re over that way for sure.
