Was just there and Left 10 min later no server ever came to table and they were lined up looking at us, I felt nobody wanted to wait on us, maybe because we are Hispanic most likely. Called and Manager never answered I had to hung up. Restaurant was not busy 4:30. Went up the street to Outback and they immediately attended us right away, and our server is Fabulous. Outback 5 ⭐️s

Stopped on our way home from a 2 week road trip. We went inside and ordered takeout. Mostly burgers and they were very juicy and delicious and cooked just as we ordered them. It was a nice way to end our trip and I’m glad we stopped there. Kind of hidden in the strip mall next to the movie theater.

I have always been a fan of Chili’s (in particular this location) for many years as I love the sirloins, but after tonight I will never be going here again. My friends and I paid for our meals on the machine but it charged us twice for one of our meals, so we asked for help from the waitress and she was wonderful to get help right away. However, when we talked to the manager about how it charged us twice for a meal and showed proof of purchase on our bank statements/app he would not even look at our phones at the proof, and he told us there was nothing he could do for the problem with the system. Did not offer us any sort of refund or some kind of store-credit for their system’s mistake. He just told us we had to pay for our meals (which we already paid for) on the machine again, and he stared at us on our way out. Quickest conversation ever as it felt like he was brushing us off. We felt very disrespected by the experience, especially since we are all young women (20s) and I believe that if we were older we would have been taken more seriously. Super disappointed by the manager’s customer service. Will not be coming back here again as I do not like being double-charged for meals. We will miss our sirloin Chili’s night outs!

I ordered my food through GrubHub and they completely messed up the order. They blame it on GrubHub saying all the options were “unselected”. For ex:- I have ordered chipotle chicken mex bowl and what I got was just unbelievable. Just plain rice and chicken with “everything” else removed.. I double checked my order on GrubHub and there is no evidence of that. I did not select or unselect anything with the order. When I brought it back to the restaurant, Jimmy answered my call and the way he addressed my issue on phone was an utter failure from his side. Zero accountability. If I were him I would redo the order / refund the entire amount and take the responsibility to take it back to GrubHub (Which I already did).

The system charged me once for my meal and then said I owed additional money despite me having paid the full price. I brought the issue to the manager with proof of the full charge on my phone and he would not look at it. I am a young woman (20s) and I felt incredibly disrespected. I’m sure if I was a bit older he would’ve taken me more seriously. Did not offer a refund or rewards or anything, just made me pay for it twice because there was an error in the system. I regret not mentioning to them that they forgot to bring out my appetizer and my steak was incredibly undercooked. It was saddening to have to pay double for a disappointing experience. Shoutout to our lovely waitress who jumped on the issue and got us help immediately. Very disappointed by the customer service of the management and would not eat here again.

Incredible. How far this chain has fallen. Had no service experience at Auburn and will never go back. Decided to go to Bellingham location. Waited to be seated. Finally host shows up and after I ask to be seated he said he hair to check to see if waitress was available. This despite there being other tables eating behind where I was then seated. I sat and perused menu waiting for service. Still waiting. Could see into kitchen area and people were talking and one waitress playing on her phone. No one was interested in waiting on me. Finally after another 5 minutes I gave up. This used to be my favorite chilis location. Always good food and service. What is wrong with your servers? Is it because I was alone and they didn’t think it worthwhile to wait on a single person? Was it because I was in shorts and not a suit. It was 4pm. Not very busy. Might have sat at empty bar but the bartender was nowhere to be seen. Having been a server, I tip extremely well. She will never know. You would think when host tells you there is someone in your area you might decide to stop talking or texting and go wait on the people who ultimately pay you. My attempt to have a meal at a Chilis restaurant is again successfully thwarted by an inattentive staff. I will not give them another chance to ignore me. Used to go to Chilis once every week or two. I’ll have to start looking for another place to eat and actually wants me to spend my money there.
