Came in late to meet up with some friends, and despite dropping in at odd hours of the night, our bartender Bella was SUPER attentive and sociable with us. The food was great and she assured we got our food before the kitchen closed.

It’s probably the best chili’s we’ve ever been to. My wife and I moved recently and have been checking out what’s good in the neighborhood, and then Jackpot! Finally somebody’s got their stuff together. The service was great. Food was on point, and the staff looked really happy. Like they really wanted to be here and took pride in their job. Haven’t seen that since before the pandemic. I’m definitely gonna be here regularly. Good service, simple meals, and great energy by all team members. Chili’s should use this location as their model.

I went with my family of 6, we walked in, were greeted and promptly sat down, I was honestly taken aback with how budget friendly the menu was, I was expecting diner prices, instead it was a rather reasonably priced menu. We got served our drinks first and I got myself a half and half, and for what it was it wasn’t too sweet and not too bitter, absolutely enjoyed it. Then came the entree, I got soup, my family got chips, the soup was delicious, wish it was a larger size due to how good it was, but it was an entree after all. Regardless, when the actual meal came, my carne asada, I was surprised by the complexity of the dish. I was expecting something rather simple, but I got rice, beans, tortillas, lemon, and cilantro. Impeccable flavor oozed from this dish that had my taste buds going for a trip, absolutely would go here again. The food is well priced, the atmosphere is interesting, and the drinks are delicious.

The staff was good but the food was horrible. The brisket was chewy, baby back ribs dry and with a metallic after-taste, and the mozzarella sticks were still cold in the middle. I feel like an idiot for spending $50 on someone else using a microwave for me.

Fun for the kids lots of TV sets. Plenty of parking. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Northport and Dix Hills area. Friendly Staff. Clean facilities. Plenty of families eating here. Not long waits. Daily food and drink specials. Reasonably priced. Public Restrooms. We will definitely be going back..

The food and staff were great during my visit to this chilis. Our waiter, Chris was personable and attentive throughout our meal. The manager was very friendly when she came over to check on our meal. I would highly recommend visiting!
