The food was good, but the restaurant was not clean at all. When we walked in, there were at least 4 tables around us that weren’t cleaned for almost the entire time we were there. Our table was never wiped down and most of the staff were sitting around.

Went here for the free Veterans meal. If their purpose is to never have us return, they succeeded. Food was edible, but barely. Service was terrible. I literally watched the waitress go to the table next to mine 4 times before coming back to mine. My 3 year old wanted ice cream, so I asked for a dessert menu, even though she was trying to offer me the check. 20 minutes later she finally returned asking if I wanted dessert. I got the check and left. Wont make the mistake of going there again.

Took advantage of one of their promotions. 2 dine for $25….appetizer with choice of two dinners and a dessert. Wow……it was a lot of food and it was DELICIOUS!!! Chili’s Never disappoints!! Excellent wait staff. She was fun, personable, and very attentive…… it was a Great time!

The food and prices are great. My waitress Donna was top notch. She was attentive, hospitable and truly made the experience one that I will remember. I will definitely ask for her again and would recommend her to anyone. I applaud her as she stated she has been there for fifteen years and she still exudes the enthusiasm of someone fresh in the door!

I only gave them a 2 star because the wine and the water was good. Service was terrible, each order was incorrect (yes, the waiter corrected it), I got my tables own silverware (waiter nowhere to be found), had to flag him down for refills, and the way the food was prepared was unacceptable (slimy chicken). Brought to managers attention and manager stated this has been an ongoing complaint! I guess no consequences…if you are a slacker and want to earn some cash…go work there. Don’t rely on tips though. Won’t go back…ever.

Our server Jake was great and gave us great service!!! The 2 burgers we ordered were burnt. My son’s steak had to be sent back 4 times until it was cooked, then it came back burnt. Which the steak was not even edible, but cost 20$ to go into the trash. Needless to say I had to take him to 5guys burgers and fries for dinner so he could eat. I do not recommend this place if you want to eat any good food… McDonald’s or burger king has better quality food.

This was my boyfriend and my 1st visit to this particular Chili’s. I have to say it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Our waitress, Chelsea was on point, friendly and an absolute pleasure. Ask for her on your visit, you will not be disappointed.

Waited 35 minutes and nobody ever came to even take our drink orders. People were coming in after us and getting their food before anyone even interacted with us. Three servers sitting down eating food while customers are waiting to even be acknowledged. Incredibly poor service and will most likely never come back. I don’t even write surveys that often unless it was a terrible experience, and this experience is almost laughable.
