The food has been great and portions have been plenty but sometimes they run out of things. The burgers and chicken crispers never disappoint. Almost every time our server has been pleasant and attentive. Our only issue was the first time we went and the waitress didn’t seem engaged with us.

I am sitting in the restaurant now. Not yet a five star experience. The restaurant is new and has some hiccups. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because every issue I had here was promptly resolved. The food tasted amazing and was cooked the way I wanted. I ordered the hamburger and it was perfect. My boyfriends entree came out before his appetizer. Other than that it was fantastic. Typical new restaurant experience and based on what I’m seeing today they are working hard to make it great. Also the server kept my drink cup full. At the end of the day I’m leaving full and feeling great so the restaurant served its purpose well. Looking forward to returning in a month or so to see how it has improved. Also the brownie cake desert is one of the most amazing deserts I have ever had.

The parking lot was full and so was inside. So I was hopeful that the meal would be good. The house salad was good( although they do not have blue cheese dressing) the hamburger was awful. Very dry, had to remove the bun and still couldn’t finish eating it. Has exactly the same flavor as a Dairy Queen burger. The fries were nothing special either, left half of them on the plate also. Would not suggest the lunch double burger at all! If you are looking for a burger try five guys or even Wendy’s. At the end of the meal after waiting a long time to get our bill we were over charged $18.

The waitress was ok. When I ordered the ribs I asked about the sauces. She told which was her favorite and told me it was not very spicy at all. Clearly was hitting on my husband, I ignored that. Food came out and mine was really spicy. So spicy I could hardly eat it. My husband is saying it isn’t that bad because we ordered the same thing. I gave him over half of my half rack of ribs. First thing he says, these are a lot hotter then his were. I feel the waitress had that done on purpose but can’t prove it. We had only been to a Chili’s one other time, in Charlotte NC. It was terrific!!

This was my first visit to Chili’s. I had high expectations because they were new to the area. We waited over 30 minutes to only be disappointed. The food we received was warm at best, even for the sizzling fajitas. The cast iron sizzled a little, but the food on top was dry and stale, including the (possibly microwaved) rice. The majority of the food remained on the plates. Will not return. Do not recommend.

The server was the only good thing. When I arrived. I was seated at a dirty table and then given attitude by the host when I asked if it could be washed off or if I could have a different table. And while I was there 3 others had to make the same request because the person wiping tables was doing a terrible job and leaving behind food. And the food wasn’t very good. It lacked flavor. And was over cooked. I don’t grumble about a meal when I am there I just speak by never going back. I don’t trust someone not to mess with my food. The fries were not cooked as requested and the burger was just about black. The waitress was such a sweet lady though. She went out of her way to be nice to everyone even when others weren’t. She deserves a raise.. for that matter take the job of the person cleaning tables and the useless one seating tables and give her both their wages on top of her own. She deserves it.

second time in this new Roanoke location, food again was very good but the service was terrible at around 1:30 pm place was not busy at all. party next to us had same waitress and they were talking also about service. single guy was sat next to us and never got served. ended up walking out. talk about a spoil. watched another waiter in there doing a excellent job serving tall skinny guy. our waitress NO.
