I went with the family. The atmosphere is ok. The place was clean and well staffed. All the tv’s were on different sports, which is good entertainment. The bar was crowded but not too crowded. Low key laid back atmosphere. The food was good but regular chain restaurant style. Good place to get a quick bite in a decent surrounding.

It’s a very good place for dinner. I chose 3 for me, a sweet ice tea that was perfect, the Cilantro-Lime Carne Asada and the Baked Potato Soup were delicious. The server was good despite the limited staff.

Wow! Shout out to our waitress Gail! Great meals for a late lunch and the grandkiddos couldn’t decide so got an extra kids meal. And the quality was Amazing! They ate it all! I got the Old time burger -juicy and hot (as they were super busy with one waitress but she was on TOP of it all! Managed drink refills without asking. which even outback with their designated drink servers can’t do. ). So their special: buy one cookie skillet get one for $2 so Cookie skillets for the table please:) Very yummy! Shout out to our waitress who literally has seven tables and half a bar and is managing everything with no stress, five star service, time for a quick comment and pleasantry, and it’s been a while I’ve seen service this good.

There were only 3 tables plus mine and my husbands we were seated almost immediately but then it took 20 min for anyone to just take our drink order you could hear all the employees in the back breaking things and laughing we were there about a total of 45min and the waitress only came to our table 3 times and that includes her bringing

Doesn’t matter how good the food might have been or even the wait service as management leaves a lot to be desired. Website and door posting says restaurant closes at 11PM on Saturday. At 10:20 doors locks with employees standing and staring. Called the store to speak to the manager and his comment ‘I think we close at 10:30”. When we mentioned the posted hours he said ‘well the kitchen closes early’. – Glad Chili’s is doing so well they don’t need my money because they won’t be getting anymore. Bad service Mr Manager – really bad service.

Food was bad. We ordered bone in wings, boneless wings and buffalo ranch sandwich. Everything was bad. They even don’t know how to sauté the wings. Fries were soggy. Nothing was tasty. I have been to Chillis in many places. But the food in this location was worst. I should have gone to chick-fil-a which is located next to this.

Went for some early dinner. Half of the restaurant was closed or the blocked off the large area of tables. So the only area for customers to sit were at the bar or tables in the bar section. They were definitely short staffed. Two waitress, two runners, one hostess. Food was poor. I ordered the three meat platter with ribs, brisket quesadilla and cheese sausage. Sausage was cold and cheese inside of it wasn’t melted. The ribs were small with barely any meat and the quesadilla briskets had one small piece of brisket and rest was cheese.

It’s been 10 years since I ate at a Chili’s, gave it a try for old times sake. It’s unfortunately one of those places that died in 2005 or so (along with Olive Garden and TGIF’s) and is still limping along supported by nostalgia. Food quality has evolved in restaurants , they haven’t.
