This location seriously needs to get their service together. Yesterday was the 3rd time we’ve come here and waited 10+ minutes until walking out because nobody greeted us while we saw multiple servers walk by us. It was early afternoon and very few customers in the building. I like to order take out with this location instead because the food is awesome but the service is bad. Being a server myself, my employers strictly enforce 1-2 minute greet times in order to allow the guests to have drinks on the way while still browsing the menu. Hoping this gets better Chilis is a great resturaunt and should have service just as great.

The food is always better than I expect it to be. Burger was great, well-seasoned. Fries were hot and tasty. Chicken crispers a little dry. Chips and salsa appetizer was really good. Great value. We’ll be back.

If you feel like running to the bathroom after eating. This is the place for you. Chicken was very undercooked and rubbery, fries looked and tasted like they had been reheated, after sitting out for several hours. With the way they cook chicken, it’s only a matter of time before someone gets seriously ill. I would avoid this place

We walk-in on Sunday 4/9 Morning 11:30 a party of six. The host says he cannot sit a party of six. The restaurant literally was empty so I said ok split us 2 and 4. He goes I cannot do that either. Good Job Chilli’s. We walked out. The Manager of this restaurant does not worth his skin. We will escalate to corporate.

It’s funny because I do really love this place and there are some great workers here to. But easily 70 percent of the time the service is slow and bad and most of the food is terrible . But! Their burgers are what keeps them in business. If you stop in get a burger. Otherwise keep moving lol.
