The hostess was exceptional. What a gem you have there. We all noticed she was the only one hustling and moving with purpose. Cleaning off tables wiping them down ,sweeping. And seating customers too. The others could learn from that. Our server was nice enough. The food came out quick but it seems to confuse the staff when they are bringing out the food that someone else took the order for. The Cajun pasta was just pasta with chicken and very light dusting of Cajun spice. It was lacking spice and Cajun flavor. Everyone else appeared to like their dishes.

We went for lunch after church today (Sunday). Got seated right away. Had quick, friendly, and attentive service from Catherine. She was on top of drink refills, chip refills, to go drink, friendly and engaging to my little kids. Resolved our issue we had using our rewards coupon. This is our favorite Chili’s location!

Horrible. Stood for a while at the entrance – servers made eye contact several times – never acknowledged us. I did hear one server tell another couple there were only two servers. I understand being short staffed – I do not understand not being acknowledged with a “Hey welcome in – we will be with you shortly.” We left and won’t be back. Always have good service at other locations – this location needs some training/staff.

Ok so we was in area and decided to stop in, not to crowded for a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. Thought it be good service and good food. Well no. Waiter was very preoccupied with himself. Busy running around doing nothing. We decided to be seated at bar! The bartender had a couple and two tables he was attending at time, when we sat down. Took a very long time to get food then had to ask for silverware, napkins and refills on water. I think the manager served us our food seen him visiting other tracks asking if everything was OK. When he ask us I was in mid sentence asking for napkins when he walked away.

I Just walked out before sitting when table was wet from cleaning and floor had trash everywhere and dining room floor tile was so greasy and slippery my shoes are still slippery from it. Moteover waitress clothing was full of huge grease spots. I think the restaurant would have an extra T-shirt (brand shirt) for her to wear to be presentable to customers. I have walked in barns that were more appealing than this restaurant today!

Picked up dinner for my co worker and I. She ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and it was fine. I ordered the Santa Fe burger and a side Caesar salad with extra Caesar. I received NO dressing for my salad and there was a piece of paper in my burger. Not to mention my burger was extremely burnt! This was a terrible experience. Every other time I’ve gone, it’s been great! This time was absolutely terrible and I won’t be coming back for a while or ever.

The food got a low star because we had burnt french fries and dry mashed potatoes that were a bit Brown. Both my daughter and I got the Cajun pasta shrimp was great in her chicken was good for some reason they don’t a half a jar of seasoning on top of it and it just truly was not the best our server was amazing always rounding our table. And the atmosphere was just blah.

Waited over half an hour on a pickup order for these “appetizers”, inside the restaurant. Restaurant had maybe 6 tables filled. I gave two stars because the staff at least seemed friendly on the surface. Still, to receive an order like this feels to be a slap in the face, and to have given them a good laugh in the kitchen. Tried to give the food to the dog. He took two licks and walked away like “Go ahead and trash that.” One wants to help give business to restaurants, however it is probably for the best that this one closes down.
