I like the food at Chili’s. This particular location has very friendly, professional staff. If you haven’t already, you should consider signing up for Rewards. It’s fantastic getting free chips with every visit. Plus, there’s a complimentary dessert on your birthday! My one complaint: Why did they get rid of the Cajun Chicken Sandwich with Crispy Onions?? Please bring it back! Best dish ever!!

My work friends and I go to this Chili’s often. The manager, Jessica, makes sure that her patrons are perfectly fine while dining. The food was delicious, service was with a smile, and it didn’t take long at all. We usually go for the Old Timer’s burger special (and you don’t have to get fries), and it usually tastes homemade. I have never enjoyed a Chili’s like I do this locations.

The service was immediate and steady. The food was flavorful and fresh. My 560 calorie steak w pesto and grilled asparagus was perfection!! The cajun pasta and quesadillas were wiped clean as were the children’s pizzas w mandarin orange slices. We will definitely be back.

Worst meal I’ve had in a long time. I wasn’t even able to finish half of it. My well-done burger was so disgustingly “juicy” it had soaked through half of the bottom bun. The lettuce and tomatoes on my burger and salad was old and wilted to the point I only ate the three little crotons from the top. And the fries were cold and tasted old. After removing the bottom bun, I took a couple bits of the burger, but it was entirely too wet and mushy towards the middle…The only good part of the meal was the blackberry tea and the super sweet waitress who brought the food out to me.

This restaurant is understaffed. The hostess kept giving us the wait time and asking if we wanted to wait as if she wanted us to leave. It was only about 3pm on a Sunday. Our waiter was amazing and food was great. So for this trip it made it worth the wait.

Mine and my daughter experience was absolutely unexcusable tonight we sat in a cold restaurant for 30mins and was never acknowledged while everyone else around us received food and drinks They weren’t busy at the time, we arrived around 8:22, at 8:50 the waitress walked up to a man that had just sat down across from us for his drink order, so we got up and left, also another party after we came got drinks and apps and no one ever even came to our table. I really didn’t like that my 13 year old had to experience this but they lost good money tonight. Being the person I am I didn’t make a scene I just won’t return.
