Just came from there. In a word, TERRIBLE. Was not busy at all, waited at least 5 mins for hostess to seat us. Waitress was slow, food took forever to get out, had to ask 3 times for refill. Again, it was after lunch hr rush and it was not busy. Seen one lady and children walk out. On the bright side, the food was great. Service was not good. I thought it was me, but seeing the previous reviews, my review is consistent, poor service. This is on management.

Showed up and waited about 5 minutes before we even saw the hosts. Then, they just told us that one side was open and just pointed for us to go sit down. Well, we did that and waited for another 5 minutes and nobody ever even came to say hello. This is actually our second bad experience in a row here. It’s a shame too because we have always enjoyed Chili’s. Too bad it can’t be ok in our home town.

hostess was so lazy, pointed us to a table, restaurant was empty so excuse for not walking us to a table waitress was very nice the taco was uneatable, the beef was similar to dried soy protein, the 3 appetizer platter was very good, but for a chili’s I expected better. with maybe 6 people in the restaurant can not understand why the food took 25 minutes to reach the table, will not go again

Where do I begin the hostess did not seat us when asked to sit somewhere they pointed in the general direction then we waited 10 minutes for a server to ask us what we wanted to drink less than a minute later another server asked us what we wanted to drink huh???? told him we already put our order for drinks in waited waited waited got our drinks except for my Long Islands which he checked my ID… yeah right…. didn’t notice it was my birthday even said about it was my birthday I’ll come back to that…..cake. Ordered endless chips and salsa Long Island showed up still no chips and salsa though took our order still no chips and salsa finally chips and salsa showed up…. waited waited waited …. looked around dead as hell maybe 25 people in the house 745 pm to 9 pm Sunday night our order shows up good to go….of course I stacked all the empty plates at end of table …hellooooo these need to go… oh ordered another drink showed up and tried to set on stack of napkins that I had to ask another waiter for .. FAIL ..dam dude just quit doing whatever it is your doing cause you can’t function correctly…anyway now we’re done eating and we mention about getting a dessert but they weren’t paying attention so they bring the bill…then I ask them directly about getting the cake that chilies does for birthdays and they said they would have to check about it…. then comes back and says that we’d have to call ahead or have a coupon for it….what the hell are you talking about…. ok is the chillies in Destin not the same as the one in ft walton…. so make sure that if it’s your birthday to call ahead and have a coupon that way you won’t have an issue getting the complimentary cake what a dumb ass…..I advise you to steer clear of the place at night this person obviously has better things to do then keep a job.. not to metion that when we paid the bill we gave them 3 gift cards each with 25 dollars credit he says that there’s a 0 balance…. then overhears me saying that the cards were full amount of 25 each and our bill was 70 rounded up then says oh wait there’s five dollars left… keep it buddy you’ll need it to get your next meal…. DUMB ASS
