I was told to see myself which I did. Took about 20 minutes for somebody to notice me though. But once food was ordered the way truce was kind and the food came out quickly and hot and just the way I wanted it. Places are short staff so I understand the delay the food though was perfect

I went to this sorry location back on Friday 5/19 at around 8 pm.. To have the worse service of my life. I always tell my husband how much I hate Chilli but would give them another try because of their samplers which I loved. We went in and got sat quick which was great but our server was HORRIBLE. We waited over an hour for our food, the server just kept playing it off as if it was coming out “soon” and would go “check” on it in the kitchen. After about 50 minutes of waiting, our sever noticed the food STILL hadn’t came out and went to go check one more time. Mind you it was a Friday night but NOT busy at all and we had just ordered two samplers nothing crazy. After waiting for an hour I was contemplating just getting up and walking out but as a good citizen I paid (a fool) on the kiosk, because I was ready to go. The server came back and told us they had “lost” my husbands sampler and it would be out shortly. At that point I wanted to speak to a Manager and the servers words were “it’s not my fault” don’t get upset with me. The manager finally came out with a very stank attitude and told me they would fully refund me and let me take the food home as well for the poor service. She wrote down my name and card number and said it would come within 3-5 business days t receive it, well here it is the 4th day and when I called to check on my refund the manager let me know that nobody had put in the refund. He was pleasant and when I told him she had a bad attitude he knew exactly what manager I was talking about. He told me he could put in the request but I declined and told him I would have my bank charge it back to your restaurant and y’all can pay for that ding on your restaurant. I knew she didn’t put in it with her lack of hospitality and bad attitude. So tomorrow I will be calling my bank to get my full refund. It’s sad they would rather pay the fee and lose a customer then to just do what they said they would do. I will never be back to any locations ever!!!!

I hadn’t been to Chillis in yeeaaarrss. And this restaurant experience was a fantastic welcome back. The food, the service, the compassion. My cousin had to leave to go and retrieve some funeral programs that we had made. The food hadn’t come at that point so she left to get them. It arrived while she was gone so the staff kept her food in the back on heat. Awesome experience.

I called just now between 9:33-9:35. I spoke to the receptionist and she gave the biggest attitude stating “you order at the last minute. You’re going to come in and order at the last minute omg”. Then she proceeded to ask the if it was it’ll be ok. She returned on the phone stating sir you can come in with your last minute request. I asked her why yhe attitude, then she says sir just come in and we will take your order. Needless to say I didn’t go. Way too worried about them mishandling my food. I thought the pga location was way professional, I guess not. Smh.

Had a great cheeseburger which I go to all Chili’s for and it was very good. However the oil from the burger was all over the top of the bun and knife that was stuck it the top. To the cook please keep it on the burger only. Thanks…
